They cannot give an estimate upfront, but they do come out for a free estimate and you are not required to use their service. I have been calling around and was given what I felt a pretty high charge from other places. Jeff came out and was able to remove the items for me at a fair price, and I couldn’t have been happier with the service I received. Will definitely be using them again for future needs.

I hired Jeff, the owner, and his crew at JDog Junk Removal & Hauling Concord to haul off a basketball goal. When we put it up long ago, we put a ton of concrete in the ground around it. They tried to lift it by hand and then bust the concrete with a sledgehammer but were unsuccessful. They came back the next day with different equipment and successfully lifted the goal into their trailer and hauled it off. Although the job was much more difficult than Jeff had anticipated and they had made a second trip, I was still only charged for what I was originally quoted.
